At Hickory Woods, we are dedicated to making a happy home for both our residents and their pets.

Our pet policy is as follows:

• 2 pet limit
• 100 lb. weight limitation on dogs; breed restrictions do apply
• 1st pet = $300.00 non-refundable pet fee
• 2nd pet = $100.00 non-refundable pet fee
• No pet rent - just a one-time fee!
• Restricted breeds: Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, Chows, Wolf Hybrids, and dog mixed with any one of the above
• No reptiles
• No ferrets
